Josh Maja has been nominated for the PFA Bristol Street Motors Fans' Player of the Month award for August. What's the difference I hear you cry? Well, you can vote for this one.

Leading the line as Sunderland's only fit striker for the entirety of the month, Maja grasped the opportunity scoring in four of his five outings. They picked an excellent pic for the graphic below;

Still just 19, having a striker capable of netting a variety of goals is a potent weapon for any club. Give him a three or four seasons and there's no doubt he'll be subject to a £1.5b bid from Real Madrid, which we will reject as he goes on to score 36 goals in our Premier League title winning season.

Voting opens at 3pm and you can vote right here on WAW if we can get the ticker to work. Otherwise, have a look below at the other five nominees (THREE from Peterborough!) that Maja will clearly demolish due to his infinitely better performances and ability.
